Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, the wheelchair-friendly facility will feature 44 furnished bedrooms, ranging from 28 to 43 M², with most offering panoramic views of the sea.

Residents are able to choose between large suites, single and double occupancy rooms with hospital or hotel-style beds. Eight communal living spaces offer ample room for socializing and recreation. Residents are also be able to enjoy several conveniences including freshly prepared hot meals, in-house laundry and cleaning services.
